How H² handles the information you share with us.
Who we are
H² Consulting Ltd (“H²”, “we”, “us”) is an operational review and advisory firm based in Woking, Surrey. For any privacy question, contact us at haidar@hsquared2.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us directly:
- Contact details you submit through our contact form or booking page: your name, email, company, phone and your message.
- Scheduling information when you book a call: the date, time and any details you provide.
- Basic, anonymous usage data from our hosting provider, used only to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and hold calls, and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your data, and we don’t send marketing unless you’ve asked us to.
Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.
Third parties
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and our scheduling: our hosting provider, our scheduling tool for booking calls, and our form provider for contact messages. Each processes data only to provide its service.
Retention
We keep enquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purpose it was given, then delete it. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email haidar@hsquared2.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Cookies
This site uses only the minimal cookies required to function. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
